The House

The house is situated as part of the city wall built in the 16th century. It is well-maintained and modernly equipped while preserving its history. The house has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people and two full bathrooms. Several bedrooms have space for a cot. The house is approximately 200sqm over 3 floors with a large garden to enjoy warm evenings and a terrace on the second floor if you wish for variety.

The house maintains a very high standard. It features a large bathroom, toilet, 2 double bedrooms, as well as a kitchen and office on the first floor. Two living rooms with fireplaces and a roof terrace on the middle floor. Two bedrooms with 2 beds each, a large bathroom, and a toilet on the top floor. This floor can easily be used by a whole family. Extra beds are also available.

Palace of the Popes, Avignon

Senanque Abbey, Gordes

  • This is an attraction that must be visited between June and August when the lavender blooms.
  • The abbey dates from the 12th century and is usually part of the lavender tours: If you have the opportunity, try to come as early as possible, when the sun is low on the fields and there are not so many people around! The monks live off the fields and also keep honey bees.

Gorges du Verdon

  • The Verdon River, stretching 25 kilometers through the Verdon Regional Park, is one of Europe's most admired natural areas. In many ways France's "Grand Canyon" where you can rent a pedal boat or paddle up the river while enjoying the view.
  • This limestone canyon is over 700 meters deep in places, and looking down at the river, you will be captivated by the clear turquoise color. You can also hike on the edges and peaks of the mountains along the river.
